Our therapists are certified in Lymphedema Management. Lymphedema is an accumulation of fluid in the superficial tissues and is a very common and serious condition. Lymphedema is a frequent complication of cancer and its therapies. Lymphedema is also a complication of surgery, radiation, trauma, infection and malformations of the lymphatic system. If left untreated it can have psychological, pathological and clinical consequences for the patient. Lymphedema Management consists of Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy. Lymphedema management is a gentle effective non-invasive and painless therapy for lymphedema.
