Medical Center’s Community Health Promotion Department offers ongoing
health education and prevention programs at Community Crossing to
improve the quality of life for residents of Bayonne and neighboring
communities.
Community
Crossing’s comprehensive health prevention programs include health
education lectures, exercise programs, support groups, and screenings to
promote healthy behaviors and bring about a healthier community.
Programs are held at the medical center's Community Crossing outreach
center, located at 488 Broadway in Bayonne. Monthly calendars are
available at the center and most events are free of charge. Space is
